Our Team

Andy Johnston, MDiv MA LPC
Therapist
Mr. Johnston has a passion for helping create healthy relationships and healthy people. Throughout his previous work in non-profits, in a church community, in hospice, and as a stay-at-home Dad, the theme is always to develop places where people thrive. He is a certified EFT therapist and specializes in using memory reconsolidation, focused attention, psychodynamic approaches, and applying recent neuroscience to help clients create structural change that lasts.
I help people understand and work with their emotions, in order to deepen their relationships, find more success at work, and feel more at peace with themselves.
I believe that we are at our best when we can see our value, our potential, and experience a deep connection to the people around us.
The key to achieving a lasting sense of peace and security lies in our emotion system. When the emotion system is working properly, we have more resilience, better relationships, and a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
I love being with clients as they overcome seemingly impossible obstacles and then find themselves growing in surprising new ways.
