Our Team

Andy Johnston, MDiv MA LPC

Therapist

Mr. Johnston has a passion for helping create healthy relationships and healthy people. Throughout his previous work in non-profits, in a church community, in hospice, and as a stay-at-home Dad, the theme is always to develop places where people thrive. He is a certified EFT therapist and specializes in using memory reconsolidation, focused attention, psychodynamic approaches, and applying recent neuroscience to help clients create structural change that lasts.

I help people understand and work with their emotions, in order to deepen their relationships, find more success at work, and feel more at peace with themselves.
I believe that we are at our best when we can see our value, our potential, and experience a deep connection to the people around us.

The key to achieving a lasting sense of peace and security lies in our emotion system. When the emotion system is working properly, we have more resilience, better relationships, and a greater sense of meaning and purpose.

I love being with clients as they overcome seemingly impossible obstacles and then find themselves growing in surprising new ways.

Cameron Groen, MS, LMFT

Therapist

While Mr. Groen has a wide range of expertise working with adults, couples, and adolescents, one specific focus through his professional work is to help clients successfully navigate their closest relationships. Using approaches such as Systems Theory and Emotion-Focused Therapy, he has the ability to help people find possibilities and hope in the most challenging situations.

My hope is that you develop a greater understanding and acceptance of yourself and your partner, leading to a more fulfilling relationship. As we learn to live more freely as our authentic self, we deepen our capacity for closer relationships.

I offer a compassionate and relational approach, freeing you to explore the areas where you find yourself stuck. Within the context of a safe therapeutic relationship, we can understand emotional and relational patterns that keep us stuck and begin to make lasting changes.

I find it a privilege to walk along side others in their journey to experiencing greater peace and joy in their lives.

Anna Prather

Therapist Intern

Anna Prather is currently working on her MA in couple and family therapy with a social justice focus from Antioch University New England. She is an advocate for neurodiversity inclusion and is passionate about equality rights. She enjoys volunteering in the community, spending time in nature, and going on adventures with her family.

I’m a couple and family therapist trainee committed to helping individuals, couples, relational units, and families bravely explore a way toward self-compassion, authenticity, and wholeness. My work focuses on deepening relational satisfaction, creating safe and meaningful connections, and establishing healthy patterns that promote both individual and collective well-being.

Therapy is often like collaboratively writing a great story—the adventure of expansion, facing obstacles, holding space for the softer moments, and clearing a way toward a hopeful future. Being a part of my clients’ unfolding is a great honor, and I love seeing how authenticity and a greater sense of personal well-being beautifully impacts the world around them and the stories they tell.
