We understand the particular requirements of athletes when it comes to mental and emotional well-being.

When training yourself to operate at peak performance, you need everything to be aligned. If relationships, emotions, or stressors are creating a roadblock, you need someone with you to help provide understanding, support, and guidance.

The greatest challenge is internal. How can you navigate stress, trauma, depression, or anxiety and tap into your own strength and resilience?

At the Upstate Living Clinic, we specialize in understanding the particular needs of athletes at all levels. Stephanie Fryer is working toward a doctorate that brings together Sports Performance and Mental Health Counseling, and can serve as a trustworthy guide to your inner game.
